    thanks for your Blog.

    Instead of using one of the expensive smartphones out there I desided to go with this little peace of hardware ;) (Fire XT 530)

    After searching for a way to get rid of the memory problem (only 160MB) I today successfully rooted my device in a very easy way !!!

    It is described here and went without any problems:

    After that I installed Link2SD and could successfully free 40+ MB of space ... and all new applications now go onto a 2nd partition on the SD-card. It was really easy going ;)

    1. Thanks for this, there will come a time when I have to root my Fire XT, but at the moment, there is no overwhelming desire. Cann you upgrade your OS to the next level?
