You router may need your smartphone's hardware address perhaps in its MAC address filter list. Choose Apps/Settings/About Phone/Sttus/Wi-Fi MAC Aaddress. You hardware MAC address may be shown as in the following madeup example: cc:a5:3a:19:20 (not my phone address!)
